Dragon Mud (Whole Bean)

The Process Blend is the second iteration of a collaboration coffee grown and processed by Jorge Correa, with the blending techniques designed by José Giraldo of Café 1959. Natural Geshas carry the majority of the blend, rounded out with washed Tabi, Bourbon, Caturra, and Castillos. The result is  immense juiciness and depth from the naturals, balanced with clean sweetness from the washed components.
